Johnny's Tavern

After landing in America after spending thirteen months in Asia, Mickey ended up finding some moderate talent to back him up.  One of the first regular gigs for the new members of The Travelers is a semi-redneck joint called Johnny's Tavern in Overland Park, Kansas.

If you would like to save any of the following photos, just right click the photo and choose the "Save picture as..." option.  Then you can print them and hang them up all over your house.  Just remember that you can't get an official autograph unless you see The Travelers perform!

The scene at Johnny's Tavern...dark but congenial, and the beer is flowing.  A great place for Irish drinking tunes!

Mickey's obviously happy to be back on the stage on a regular basis, strumming, singing, and blowing harp (the instrument).

Some of the new fans at Johnny's...and no, Brew's not here yet!

The first new musician for The Travelers in Kansas City was Bill Wendt, here backing up on six-string guitar.

Guess you don't have to be in Okinawa to be goofy in front of the camera, or maybe they didn't know it was coming!

Johnny's Tavern...and they do have Guinness!
